Return Policy:
In case you find any problems in the products plese send us email evelyndesignnz@gmail.com to request return or exchange and we will provide a return notification and email information/courier address send product back.
Please note that the product should be unused, unwashed with all original tags intact and should be sent back in original packaging.
We recommend customers to send parcel via a trackable courier service such as NZ post , DHL or purchase shipping insurance for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. Evelyn Design is not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
We're sorry, but shipping fees is non-refundable (except if customer receive faulty item). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.
